OK price - useless service
Esure are very good at making a pitch for your business with competitive premiums, but when it comes to the crunch, yes literally, their customer service is woefully inadequate.
I've been left waiting 10 days without a car on a policy with a guaranteed loan car as no-one has called me, no-one has taken ownership of the claim, no-one calls back, no-one takes responsibility.
Basically you as the customer are left to do all the running, all the calling and chase for every scrap of information.
So it's an indication of where they've cut costs in order to be competitive - bascially cheap cover - no service........
